Feature Castle Rooms

Our five Feature Rooms offer a more indulgent castle experience, each individually designed to highlight the building’s original character. Selected rooms include spa baths or a private sauna, while others showcase striking stonework and deep-set window seats within the castle’s seven-foot-thick walls. These rooms bring together luxury and history for a stay that feels truly special.

Deluxe Castle Rooms

Our four deluxe castle bedrooms are individually designed, featuring four-poster beds and luxurious bathrooms. Each room offers the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a relaxing short break, showcasing the grandeur of the 14th century. Enjoy stunning views of the grounds from the window seats set within the castle’s 7-foot-thick walls.

Castle View Rooms

The spacious, dog-friendly Castle View Rooms are recent conversions within the Grade I listed grounds, offering views of the castle’s architecture and gardens. Children can explore the lawns and spot wildlife, including resident peacocks, while you relax. Ranging from Standard Rooms to Superior Rooms and Suites, some with separate lounge areas, all 19 rooms feature rich fabrics, Egyptian cotton linens, plush seating, and modern amenities such as Sky TV.

Castle Lodge Rooms

All three rooms have been recently converted within our Grade I listed castle grounds. Our lodge rooms are elegant and romantic, with Rooms 26 and 27 offering balconies that overlook the breath-taking 14th-century medieval castle, ten acres of greenery and woodlands, and the stunning Northumberland countryside, providing the perfect escape from the everyday.

Toll Bar Luxury Villa

Castle View is a conversion and recent extension of a listed building within the grounds commanding magnificent views up to the main Castle which is situated only 80 metres away.
